Conservator Inventory and Valuation Form

Inventory and Valuation –  A conservator is required to file with the court an inventory and valuation (statement of worth) of the property and assets of the conservatee’s estate at the time the conservatorship begins.  This must be done within 30 days of issuance of the Letters of Conservatorship.
